Please read through our policies so you know what to expect and how to prepare for your rental.

Power Requirements

Rentals requiring electricity must have access to a suitable power source. Please confirm your power arrangements before your event.
Bookings with two or more inflatables and/or concession machines automatically require a generator rental at an additional fee.

Safety & Supervision

A responsible adult must supervise children throughout inflatable and game use. Guests must follow the equipment’s posted rules and our team’s instructions, including capacity and participant restrictions.
Shoes, food, drinks, and sharp objects must be kept off inflatables.

Attendants

Attendants are included only when listed in your package or booking confirmation. An equipment attendant helps monitor equipment operation and safety rules.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children.

Cleaning & Equipment Care

We clean and sanitize equipment between rentals. Please help keep equipment clean and use it only as intended.
Do not move, alter, or disconnect equipment without our approval.

Photo Booth & 360 Experiences

Please provide adequate space and suitable power for your booth setup. Custom event wording, artwork, and playlist requests should be submitted before your event so we have time to prepare.
Guests must follow the booth attendant’s instructions.
